One thing for sure and that an undisputed relation between privacy and possessiveness,To me these concepts are very interrelated to each other in a manner that one cannot exist apart from another; and this fundamental concept can be easily realized in a very implied manner apart from all the 1984 novel repertoire and its variation to me the main focus is privacy, the big brother party even try to control the thoughts of people; they went so far creating a ministry called the Love Ministry its quite relevant today cyber space privacy is quite contradictory, because it does exist in time of considering it as right and at same does not when I comes to crime.

The air is thick with schemes that will enable the state, and its agencies, to identify every resident, and to track what they are doing its simply controlled by the ministry of homeland; so can privacy in cyber space be a mirage!? Or it really exist???

The plaintiff was a software publisher that sold a product to both consumers and businesses. The price consumers paid was significantly less than the price a business was required to pay. To enforce the prices and usage, the plaintiff utilized a license which limited the usage of the product. The defendant reverse engineered the software and planned to offer the software for free to users.
